We reshape the rim itself: the bottom is flattened into a D-shape, the 9 and 3 grips are built up for a thicker, more secure hold, and the overall contour becomes sportier. How We Rebuild Your Wheel: The Modification Process

1. Disassemble. We remove the airbag, buttons and multifunction module from your original wheel.
2. Reshape the rim. We build up the new contour with automotive-grade padding — flat bottom, thicker 9/3 grips and a sportier profile.
3. Cut and stitch the leather. Genuine nappa or perforated leather (or Alcantara) is cut and sewn to the new shape, with your choice of stitching color.
4. Set and finish. The leather is heat- and vacuum-set so it wraps tight with no wrinkles, then the seams and edges are finished to factory quality.
5. Reinstall and QC. Buttons, module and airbag are reinstalled, all functions are tested, and you receive QC photos before shipping.
6. Worldwide tracked shipping. Production takes 10-15 business days; delivery takes about 7-14 days after dispatch.
