Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 50 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition, unused, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return
• Digital products and software licenses are non-returnable once activated

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order and items you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack the items securely and drop off at the nearest carrier location

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Store Credit: Instant upon inspection approval

Return Shipping

• Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
• For change-of-mind returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee applies (deducted from refund)
