Carbon Fiber Front Lip for Audi RS5 Coupe 2-Door Protection (2012-2015)

Fitted to the Audi RS5 Coupe 2-Door Protection (2012-2015), this front chin spoiler extends the lower bumper line and cuts lift over the nose at speed.

Layered from 3K 2×2 twill and cured under vacuum in our own autoclave, so the resin-to-fiber ratio stays consistent from part to part.

Fitting is a two-person job: offer it up with tape in place, check the gaps left and right, then drive the self-tapping screws home through the pre-marked positions.

The mounting tabs follow the factory bumper contour of the Audi RS5 Protection, so it lines up with the original fixing points.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.

Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.

Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.

Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

In the box: lip, pre-applied 3M VHB tape, stainless self-tapping screws and a fitment card.
