Vacuum-bagged carbon fiber, autoclave cured, then finished with a UV-stable clear coat that resists yellowing in strong sun.

The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.
A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.
Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.
In the box: lip, pre-applied 3M VHB tape, stainless self-tapping screws and a fitment card.

Will this front splitter fit my BMW G26 I4 430i 440i Gran Coupe 4-Door (2021-2023)?
It is built to the original BMW G26 I4 430i 440i mounting pattern, so the factory fixings are re-used and nothing has to be cut or drilled. If your car is a facelift or a different trim level of the same model, send us a photo of the front splitter area and we will confirm before you order.
Is it carbon fiber?
Vacuum-bagged carbon fiber with a UV clear coat over the weave. The standard layup is 3K twill, and forged carbon, 6K and plain weave can all be produced on request.
Can I fit it myself?
Nothing needs cutting on a standard car. Budget 45-90 minutes, and keep the old hardware to one side while you dry-fit the new part so you can compare it against the original front splitter.
What is the production and delivery time?
Production is 10-15 business days, then transit. If you need it faster, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.
Can I customise the finish, weave or logo?
Weave, finish and edge trim are chosen when you order, and we can add your logo under the clear coat. Tell us what you are matching and we will send samples of the weave if that helps.
Can you produce larger quantities?
We are the manufacturer, so quantity pricing starts from small runs. New tooling from your CAD or sample part takes 15-25 days, then batches run in 20-35 days depending on quantity.
