Carbon Fiber Front Lip for Toyota GT86 (2013-2016)

Shaped from a scan of the Toyota GT86 bumper rather than a generic blank, which is why the edges sit flush instead of standing proud.

Autoclave curing means the part keeps its shape in heat – no sagging on a hot day or after a track session.

Most cars take 45-90 minutes with the wheels turned and the car on ramps; the bumper does not have to come off the Toyota GT86.

If your car is lowered, check the approach angle on your driveway first: the lip hangs about 40-60 mm below the factory bumper.

Standard output is gloss clear coat over 3K twill, but matte, satin, forged carbon and tinted clear coats (including red and blue) are all available at order time.

The shop floor is in Shishan, Nanhai – the composite cluster west of Guangzhou – and the same bench that runs this part also runs our OEM work for tuners and distributors.

Each part is weighed and measured against the master sample, then wrapped in foam and boxed in a double-wall carton with the hardware bagged separately.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

Production is 10-15 business days because the part is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf; after that it ships with tracking and a 12-month defect warranty.
