The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.
Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.
Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.

Simply clean your factory paddle surface with the included alcohol prep pad, peel the backing, align the cover, and press firmly for 30 seconds. The adhesive reaches full bond strength within 24 hours.

Will this flat-bottom steering wheel fit my BMW G20 G30 F20 F30 F10?
It is built to the original BMW G20 G30 F20 F30 mounting pattern, so the factory fixings are re-used and nothing has to be cut or drilled. If your car is a facelift or a different trim level of the same model, send us a photo of the flat-bottom steering wheel area and we will confirm before you order.
Is it carbon fiber?
Vacuum-bagged carbon fiber with a UV clear coat over the weave. The standard layup is 3K twill, and forged carbon, 6K and plain weave can all be produced on request.
Can I fit it myself?
Nothing needs cutting on a standard car. Budget 45-75 minutes (professional advised), and keep the old hardware to one side while you dry-fit the new part so you can compare it against the original flat-bottom steering wheel.
What is the production and delivery time?

Can I customise the finish, weave or logo?
Weave, finish and edge trim are chosen when you order, and we can add your logo under the clear coat. Tell us what you are matching and we will send samples of the weave if that helps.

We are the manufacturer, so quantity pricing starts from small runs. New tooling from your CAD or sample part takes 15-25 days, then batches run in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

given the price, these feel really good on the fingers when shifting. the rubber on the back is nice and the carbon fiber looks really good. they seem like they’ll be in tact for a while. looks fine with my alcantara steering wheel. carbon fiber does feel slightly cheap but expected given the price. sturdy though and happy with them.
