Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
We are the workshop, not a reseller. Yeedercar runs its own composite shop in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan – roughly 1,000 m2 with an autoclave, a dust-free paint booth, CNC trimming and vacuum-bagging stations, plus twelve engineers and technicians who average eight years on carbon.
For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

Forged carbon fiber (forged composite) features randomly oriented short-strand carbon fibers suspended in clear resin, creating a distinctive marbled or splintered visual texture fundamentally different from traditional woven carbon. Each tip exhibits a unique pattern, ensuring no two installations look exactly alike. The forged carbon finish is protected by a heat-resistant clear coat formulated to withstand the elevated temperatures near the exhaust outlet.

Designed to fit most vehicles with round exhaust tailpipes between 2.0 and 4.0 inches (51-102mm) in diameter. Heat-Resistant Construction
The forged carbon composite body is formulated with high-temperature epoxy resin rated for continuous exposure up to 200C (392F), well above typical exhaust tip operating temperatures. The inner sleeve is made from stainless steel to provide a durable mounting surface and heat shield between the exhaust pipe and carbon outer shell. The clear coat includes ceramic heat-dispersing additives for additional thermal protection.
