Carbon Fiber Rear Fender for CFMOTO 450

It replaces the standard plastic mudguard on the CFMOTO 450 with a lighter, stiffer composite one.

It weighs a fraction of the steel or plastic original, without the flex you get from a thin fiberglass copy.

The mounting holes follow the standard fork or swingarm mounting points of the CFMOTO 450.

Check tyre clearance if you run a wider front tyre than standard on the CFMOTO 450.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.

We are the workshop, not a reseller. Yeedercar runs its own composite shop in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan – roughly 1,000 m2 with an autoclave, a dust-free paint booth, CNC trimming and vacuum-bagging stations, plus twelve engineers and technicians who average eight years on carbon.

OEM and private-label work is welcome: your part number, your logo, your packaging, with an NDA if you need one.

Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
