Fitted to the KTM 390 K20 to keep road spray off the fork legs and radiator while losing the factory plastic.

Shaped to the original mudguard of the KTM 390 K20 so the tyre clearance stays the same.

The standard layup is 3K twill; 6K, plain weave and forged carbon can all be produced on request.

Remove the wheel for easier access on some models; either way it is a stand-and-sockets job.

Check tyre clearance if you run a wider front tyre than standard on the KTM 390 K20.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

We ship to more than thirty countries, mostly direct to workshops, tuners and distributors who resell under their own label.

Each part is weighed and measured against the master sample, then wrapped in foam and boxed in a double-wall carton with the hardware bagged separately.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Production is 10-15 business days because the part is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf; after that it ships with tracking and a 12-month defect warranty.
