Yeedercar Carbon Fiber Rear Fender for Motorcycle 600

It replaces the standard plastic mudguard on the Motorcycle 600 with a lighter, stiffer composite one.

Carbon fiber – not a hydro-dipped or printed film. You can see the weave shift as the light moves across the surface.

The mounting holes follow the standard fork or swingarm mounting points of the Motorcycle 600.

Four bolts and about 15-20 minutes with the bike on a stand.

Check tyre clearance if you run a wider front tyre than standard on the Motorcycle 600.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

We are the workshop, not a reseller. Yeedercar runs its own composite shop in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan – roughly 1,000 m2 with an autoclave, a dust-free paint booth, CNC trimming and vacuum-bagging stations, plus twelve engineers and technicians who average eight years on carbon.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

Made to order in our workshop, typically 10-15 business days before it ships worldwide with tracking, backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
