Custom Carbon Fiber Rear Fender for Kawasaki Custom

It replaces the standard plastic mudguard on the Kawasaki Custom with a lighter, stiffer composite one.

Carbon fiber – not a hydro-dipped or printed film. You can see the weave shift as the light moves across the surface.

The mounting holes follow the standard fork or swingarm mounting points of the Kawasaki Custom.

Four bolts and about 15-20 minutes with the bike on a stand.

Check tyre clearance if you run a wider front tyre than standard on the Kawasaki Custom.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

• 3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave or carbon-kevlar hybrid
• Coloured tinted clear coat (red, blue, yellow)
• Logo application or badge cut-outs on request
• Gloss, matte, satin or forged carbon finish

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.

Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.
