Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler for BMW E46 Coupe (1998-2005)

On the BMW E46 Coupe (1998-2005) it removes the flat, unfinished look of the standard boot lid without going to a full wing.

It follows the boot edge radius of the BMW E46; on most cars a factory lip spoiler can simply be removed first.

Each part is laid up by hand, cured under pressure, then trimmed on a CNC so the mounting edges sit flush.

Most owners fit this with the supplied automotive tape and no drilling; a heat gun or hairdryer makes the tape bite.

Sedan, coupe and estate boots on the same model are different shapes; match the body style in the photos to yours.

Standard output is gloss clear coat over 3K twill, but matte, satin, forged carbon and tinted clear coats (including red and blue) are all available at order time.

Each part is weighed and measured against the master sample, then wrapped in foam and boxed in a double-wall carton with the hardware bagged separately.

Small runs are quoted per piece; above roughly 50 pieces the tooling cost is absorbed and the unit price drops, so ask for a stepped quote.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Production is 10-15 business days because the part is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf; after that it ships with tracking and a 12-month defect warranty.

In the box: spoiler, pre-applied automotive tape, an alcohol wipe and a fitment card.
