Carbon Fiber Front Lip for BMW 2 Series F22 M Tech (2014-2016)

A front splitter for the BMW 2 Series F22 M Tech (2014-2016) that turns the standard front bumper into something closer to the factory aero pack, without swapping the whole bumper.

The clear coat is UV-stabilised, so the weave stays dark instead of fading to a chalky yellow under summer sun.

Fitting is a two-person job: offer it up with tape in place, check the gaps left and right, then drive the self-tapping screws home through the pre-marked positions.

The mounting tabs follow the factory bumper contour of the BMW 2 Series F22 M, so it lines up with the original fixing points.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.

Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.

Small runs are quoted per piece; above roughly 50 pieces the tooling cost is absorbed and the unit price drops, so ask for a stepped quote.

Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

In the box: lip, pre-applied 3M VHB tape, stainless self-tapping screws and a fitment card.
