Trunk spoiler for the Audi Q5 SQ5 in polypropylene. 30-45 minutes bolt-on fit, made to order in our own workshop, shipped worldwide with a 12-month warranty.
The profile follows the boot line of the Audi Q5 SQ5, so it reads as a factory option rather than an add-on.
Moulded in PP (polypropylene) for flexibility and a perfect fit with the factory clips.
Warm the boot lid, clean it with IPA, dry-fit with tape, then press and hold – about 30-40 minutes start to finish.

The underside is moulded to the boot curvature of the Audi Q5 SQ5, so the tape line contacts the panel evenly.
Aftermarket paint protection film or a previous spoiler leaves a residue line – clean it fully or the new tape lifts at the ends.
Finish options are gloss black, satin black or a raw moulding that is ready for body-colour paint. If you would rather have the same part in carbon fiber, we can lay it up in carbon fiber instead – just ask for a quote.

Clean with mild soap and water; if the part is heading for paint, sand it lightly and use a plastic primer first.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.

Unlike cheaper ABS plastic spoilers that can become brittle and crack over time, this spoiler is manufactured from automotive-grade PP polypropylene, the same material used for factory bumper covers and body trim. PP offers superior flexibility, impact resistance, and thermal stability compared to ABS. The material can flex and return to its original shape, making it resistant to cracking from minor impacts, temperature changes, and vibrations during driving.
Gloss Black Finish
The spoiler receives a professional multi-stage paint process including adhesion promoter, high-solids black base coat, and UV-stabilized gloss clear coat. The result is a deep, mirror-like gloss black finish that matches Audi factory gloss black trim pieces. The clear coat contains advanced UV inhibitors to prevent fading, chalking, and degradation from prolonged sun exposure.
Vehicle Fitment
Designed to fit Audi Q5 and SQ5 across all model years (2008-present), including both the 8R first generation and FY second generation. The spoiler is shaped to follow the contour of the Q5 rear hatch roofline, creating a natural extension of the vehicle silhouette. The lip design adds approximately 1.5 inches of rearward projection for a subtle but noticeable visual enhancement.
Simple No-Drill Installation
Installation requires no drilling, cutting, or permanent modification to your vehicle. The spoiler is secured using pre-applied automotive-grade 3M double-sided acrylic foam tape that provides a permanent, weatherproof bond. The installation process involves: (1) thoroughly cleaning the mounting surface with the included alcohol prep, (2) dry-fitting the spoiler to confirm alignment, (3) peeling the tape backing, and (4) pressing the spoiler firmly into position for 60 seconds. The adhesive reaches full structural bond strength within 24 hours. The spoiler can be professionally removed without damage to the vehicle if desired.
Aerodynamic Benefits
While primarily an aesthetic enhancement, the lip spoiler design does provide functional aerodynamic benefits by helping to manage airflow separation at the rear of the vehicle. Will this trunk spoiler fit my Audi Q5 SQ5?
It is built to the original Audi Q5 SQ5 mounting pattern, so the factory fixings are re-used and nothing has to be cut or drilled. If your car is a facelift or a different trim level of the same model, send us a photo of the trunk spoiler area and we will confirm before you order.
Is it real polypropylene?
This one is moulded in polypropylene – flexible, impact tolerant and far cheaper than carbon for the same shape. The same part can also be produced in carbon fiber if you prefer; ask us for a quote.
Can I fit it myself?
Most owners do this at home in about 30-45 minutes with pre-applied 3m tape (drilling optional) and ordinary hand tools – the original fixings are re-used, so nothing needs welding or painting afterwards.
How long until it ships?
Each part is made after you order it, so allow 10-15 business days in production before dispatch. Express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available, and tracking is sent as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Can you make it in a different finish or colour?
Yes. Gloss, matte, satin and forged carbon are all available, along with tinted clear coats and 3K, 6K or plain weave. Logo and emblem application under the clear coat is possible on most parts.
Do you offer wholesale or OEM pricing for bulk orders?
Yes – one piece is fine for a sample, and the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces. OEM and private-label work is welcome with your part number, logo and packaging.
