Custom Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser Lip for BMW 3 Series E92 335i M Sport Coupe (2008-2011)

Fitted to the BMW 3 Series E92 335i M Sport Coupe (2008-2011), it hides the underside of the rear bumper and adds the motorsport look the standard car lacks.

The mounting points line up with the factory lower bumper fixings on the BMW 3 Series E92 335i.

It fixes from underneath with the supplied screws and clips; removing the rear bumper is not necessary on the BMW 3 Series E92 335i.

The standard layup is 3K twill; 6K, plain weave and forged carbon can all be produced on request.

If your car has a factory tow bar, the diffuser may need trimming around the mounting bracket.

Standard output is gloss clear coat over 3K twill, but matte, satin, forged carbon and tinted clear coats (including red and blue) are all available at order time.

The shop floor is in Shishan, Nanhai – the composite cluster west of Guangzhou – and the same bench that runs this part also runs our OEM work for tuners and distributors.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.

The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.
