Every pair is checked against the OE part, so the locating tabs line up first time. Fitting is fully reversible if you keep the originals.

Each shell is moulded in carbon fiber, cured under vacuum so the resin-to-weave ratio stays consistent. Any pinholes, resin pooling or weave distortion are rejected before the clear coat goes on.

The job is fully reversible for both sides, so nothing structural is touched. Clean the original cover with an alcohol wipe, warm the tape before you press it down. Dust under the tape is the usual cause of an edge lifting later.

Finish as shown is matte; other weaves (3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave, carbon-kevlar hybrid) can be substituted.

If the original covers on your Land Rover Defender are scuffed rather than cracked, keep them as spares and put the new set on straight away.

Both sides ship in the same carton — the shells are light, but the clear coat is what suffers if they are packed loose. Tell us if you are ordering other parts for the same car and we will pack them together.

There is nothing fussy about the upkeep, just a pH-neutral wash most of the time. Do not machine-polish the edges, where the clear coat is thinnest.

Bulk and OEM work is quoted per project, which is why quantity pricing starts at sample level, with production then running in 20-35 day batches.
