Custom Peugeot RCZ 308CC Steering Wheel – Hand-Laid Carbon Fiber

Built on an OEM core for the Custom Peugeot RCZ 308CC Hand Laid, so it keeps the factory airbag and every steering-wheel button you already use.

Layered from 3K 2×2 twill and cured under vacuum in our own autoclave, so the resin-to-fiber ratio stays consistent from part to part.

The core comes from a Custom Peugeot RCZ 308CC Hand wheel, so the splines, airbag connectors and button looms are factory – no adapters.

Professional fitting is recommended because of the airbag: disconnect the battery negative, wait, then swap the wheel and torque the centre nut to the factory figure.

If your original wheel has a heated rim, that function is not carried over – choose Alcantara grips if you want a warmer feel in winter.

Because each wheel is built to order, you choose the trim: carbon with leather, carbon with Alcantara or full carbon, plus the stitching colour, the 12 o’clock stripe and whether you want the top section left in leather.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

We are the workshop, not a reseller. Yeedercar runs its own composite shop in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan – roughly 1,000 m2 with an autoclave, a dust-free paint booth, CNC trimming and vacuum-bagging stations, plus twelve engineers and technicians who average eight years on carbon.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.
