Hyundai Made to Order — Gloss Finish steering wheel in carbon fiber. Factory-direct from our Foshan plant, custom finishes available, usually 10-15 business days in production before dispatch.
Built on an OEM core for the Hyundai Made to Order — Gloss Finish, so it keeps the factory airbag and every steering-wheel button you already use.
Layered from 3K 2×2 twill and cured under vacuum in our own autoclave, so the resin-to-fiber ratio stays consistent from part to part.
Professional fitting is recommended because of the airbag: disconnect the battery negative, wait, then swap the wheel and torque the centre nut to the factory figure.

Because each wheel is built to order, you choose the trim: carbon with leather, carbon with Alcantara or full carbon, plus the stitching colour, the 12 o’clock stripe and whether you want the top section left in leather.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.
One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.
Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
