Custom ABS Rear Spoiler for Hyundai Venue

On the Hyundai Venue it removes the flat, unfinished look of the standard boot lid without going to a full wing.

ABS is the practical choice for a daily-driven car: it shrugs off kerb strikes and gravel that would chip a hard composite.

The underside is moulded to the boot curvature of the Hyundai Venue, so the tape line contacts the panel evenly.

Warm the boot lid, clean it with IPA, dry-fit with tape, then press and hold – about 30-40 minutes start to finish.

Aftermarket paint protection film or a previous spoiler leaves a residue line – clean it fully or the new tape lifts at the ends.

Finish options are gloss black, satin black or a raw moulding that is ready for body-colour paint. If you would rather have the same part in carbon fiber, we can lay it up in carbon fiber instead – just ask for a quote.

Clean with mild soap and water; if the part is heading for paint, sand it lightly and use a plastic primer first.

Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.
