It replaces the standard panel on the Triumph 660 with a lightweight, hand-laid composite version.

Fits: Triumph 660

Every fixing point follows the factory panel of the Triumph 660, including the heat-shield mounting tabs.

Seat the panel dry first to check clearance around the exhaust and radiator shroud before final tightening.

The standard layup is 3K twill; 6K, plain weave and forged carbon can all be produced on request.

Bikes with aftermarket exhausts often need the belly pan clearanced slightly – trim it dry, not bolted up.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

  • Coloured tinted clear coat (red, blue, yellow)
  • Logo application or badge cut-outs on request
  • Gloss, matte, satin or forged carbon finish
  • 3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave or carbon-kevlar hybrid

The shop floor is in Shishan, Nanhai – the composite cluster west of Guangzhou – and the same bench that runs this part also runs our OEM work for tuners and distributors.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.

The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.

In the box: panel, mounting hardware where required, and a fitting card.

FAQs

Is this a direct fit for the Triumph 660?

It is a direct replacement for the factory fairing panel on the Triumph 660, so the original hardware transfers across. Message us with your VIN or a photo if you want us to confirm fitment first – we reply within 24 hours.

How is it constructed?

Vacuum-bagged carbon fiber with a UV clear coat over the weave. The standard layup is 3K twill, and forged carbon, 6K and plain weave can all be produced on request.

How long does fitting take?

Nothing needs cutting on a standard car. Budget 30-60 minutes, and keep the old hardware to one side while you dry-fit the new part so you can compare it against the original fairing panel.

What is the production and delivery time?

Production is 10-15 business days, then transit. If you need it faster, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.

Can I customise the finish, weave or logo?

Weave, finish and edge trim are chosen when you order, and we can add your logo under the clear coat. Tell us what you are matching and we will send samples of the weave if that helps.

Can you produce larger quantities?

We are the manufacturer, so quantity pricing starts from small runs. New tooling from your CAD or sample part takes 15-25 days, then batches run in 20-35 days depending on quantity.
