Steering wheel for the Subaru XV / Forester / Outback / Legacy / BRZ in carbon fiber. 45-75 minutes (professional advised) bolt-on fit, made to order in our own workshop, shipped worldwide with a 12-month warranty.
Built on an OEM core for the Subaru XV / Forester / Outback / Legacy / BRZ, so it keeps the factory airbag and every steering-wheel button you already use.
The clear coat is UV-stabilised, so the weave stays dark instead of fading to a chalky yellow under summer sun.
Professional fitting is recommended because of the airbag: disconnect the battery negative, wait, then swap the wheel and torque the centre nut to the factory figure.

The core comes from a Subaru XV / Forester Outback wheel, so the splines, airbag connectors and button looms are factory – no adapters.
If your original wheel has a heated rim, that function is not carried over – choose Alcantara grips if you want a warmer feel in winter.
Because each wheel is built to order, you choose the trim: carbon with leather, carbon with Alcantara or full carbon, plus the stitching colour, the 12 o’clock stripe and whether you want the top section left in leather.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.
Small runs are quoted per piece; above roughly 50 pieces the tooling cost is absorbed and the unit price drops, so ask for a stepped quote.
Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How is it constructed?
Carbon fiber, laid up by hand, vacuum bagged and autoclave cured in our own workshop, then finished with a UV-stable clear coat. It is not a hydro-dipped or printed film.
How long does fitting take?
Most owners do this at home in about 45-75 minutes (professional advised) with re-uses oem core, airbag and buttons and ordinary hand tools – the original fixings are re-used, so nothing needs welding or painting afterwards.
How long until it ships?
Each part is made after you order it, so allow 10-15 business days in production before dispatch. Express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available, and tracking is sent as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Can you make it in a different finish or colour?
Yes. Gloss, matte, satin and forged carbon are all available, along with tinted clear coats and 3K, 6K or plain weave. Logo and emblem application under the clear coat is possible on most parts.
Do you offer wholesale or OEM pricing for bulk orders?
Yes – one piece is fine for a sample, and the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces. OEM and private-label work is welcome with your part number, logo and packaging.
