Custom Carbon Fiber Fuel Tank Cover for Kawasaki ZX25R

A bolt-on cover for the filler cap of the Kawasaki ZX25R that takes about ten minutes to fit.

The bolt circle matches the standard filler cap of the Kawasaki ZX25R.

Undo the original cap bolts, lift the cover on and tighten evenly – around 10 minutes.

Cars with a capless filler or a locking cap need a matching version – check the photos.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

• Logo application or badge cut-outs on request
• Gloss, matte, satin or forged carbon finish

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.
