A replacement guard for the Yeedercar Shin Guards Ultra Light Soccer & Ski Protectors (S XL) that keeps spray and chain debris off the frame and swingarm.

Carbon fiber – not a hydro-dipped or printed film. You can see the weave shift as the light moves across the surface.

A 15-20 minute bolt-on job with the bike on a paddock stand.

Mounting holes follow the original guard fixings on the Yeedercar Shin Guards Ultra Light.

Non-standard swingarms and wider rear tyres may need extra clearance.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

• Gloss, matte, satin or forged carbon finish
• 3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave or carbon-kevlar hybrid
• Coloured tinted clear coat (red, blue, yellow)

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.

Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.

Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
