The cartons are double-walled for export: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton. Transit damage is replaced as soon as we see a photo.
Maintenance is minimal: a ceramic or wax coat once a season keeps the clear coat slick. Do not machine-polish the edges, where the clear coat is thinnest.
The mould is taken from the OE cover, so the cover seats the way the factory part does. Test-fit before you commit the tape — trim level can change the housing even when the shape looks the same.
The outer shell is carbon fiber, with the inside face left clean so the layup is visible. Weave direction is matched left to right, which two covers bought separately rarely achieve.
Most owners do this at home once the original covers are free, so the car can be returned to standard later. Give the surface a proper degrease and press the covers on from the centre outwards. The tape reaches full strength after about 24 hours.
Shipped as matte; for restoration or dealer work we reproduce a factory-matched tint.
For cars kept outside, the clear coat matters more than the weave: UV and salt attack the surface long before the laminate underneath.

Do they fit the Alfa Romeo Giulia without modification?
Yes — the shape is taken from the Alfa Romeo Giulia factory cover. Nothing is cut or drilled. If your build date sits near a facelift, message us with a photo and we will check it against the tooling.
What is the shell actually made from?
The outer skin is carbon fiber, laid up by hand and clear coated. The inside face is left visible, so you can inspect the weave before the covers go on.
How long does fitting take?
About 15-30 minutes for both sides, and no tools beyond a cloth and an alcohol wipe. Warm the housing first in cold weather so the tape bonds properly.
How long before they ship?
Production is 10-15 Business Days, then transit. If you need them for a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.
How is the finish chosen?
These are supplied matte. Gloss, matte, satin and forged patterns, tinted clear coats and logo work under the clear coat can all be substituted when you order.
Is there a warranty?
12 Months against manufacturing defects, covering lifting clear coat, de-lamination and weave faults. Transit damage is replaced as soon as we see a photo.
Do they interfere with the mirror function?
No. Only the outer housing is replaced or covered, so the glass, adjustment motor and any heated function keep working exactly as before on the Alfa Romeo Giulia.
