The mirror caps are handed, so check the marking inside each one before you start; fitting left and right the wrong way round is the one mistake people make.

The packaging is built for a journey rather than a shelf — the shells are light, but the clear coat is what suffers if they are packed loose. If a cover arrives damaged, send a photo the same day and we replace it.

There is nothing fussy about the upkeep, and a rinse after winter salt pays for itself. Avoid pressure-washing directly at the seam where the cover meets the housing.
