Built on an OEM core for the Mercedes Benz Class W169 with Hand Laid Carbon Weave (2004 2012), so it keeps the factory airbag and every steering-wheel button you already use.

Carbon fiber – not a hydro-dipped or printed film. You can see the weave shift as the light moves across the surface.

The core comes from a Mercedes Benz Class W169 with wheel, so the splines, airbag connectors and button looms are factory – no adapters.

Professional fitting is recommended because of the airbag: disconnect the battery negative, wait, then swap the wheel and torque the centre nut to the factory figure.

If your original wheel has a heated rim, that function is not carried over – choose Alcantara grips if you want a warmer feel in winter.

Because each wheel is built to order, you choose the trim: carbon with leather, carbon with Alcantara or full carbon, plus the stitching colour, the 12 o’clock stripe and whether you want the top section left in leather.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.
