Yeedercar Forged Carbon Fiber Fender Flares for Ford Bronco

A lighter replacement for the steel front wing on the Ford Bronco, and a clean way to widen the arch at the same time.

Laid up in forged carbon with a UV clear coat, so the pattern is random on every part and no two sets are identical.

The bolt pattern follows the original wing of the Ford Bronco, including the arch liner fixing points.

Unbolt the original wing at the arch liner, sill and A-pillar, then transfer the arch trim – expect 1.5-2 hours.

Wing-mounted indicators and trim clips differ by trim level – check yours against the photos before ordering.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.

Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.

Small runs are quoted per piece; above roughly 50 pieces the tooling cost is absorbed and the unit price drops, so ask for a stepped quote.
