Steering wheel for the Audi A4 B9 A5 S4 (2016 2020) (2016-2020) in forged carbon. 45-75 minutes (professional advised) bolt-on fit, made to order in our own workshop, shipped worldwide with a 12-month warranty.
Built on an OEM core for the Audi A4 B9 A5 S4 (2016 2020), so it keeps the factory airbag and every steering-wheel button you already use.
Forged carbon pressings are lighter and stiffer than a wet-layup part, and the finish is matte or satin rather than glossy.
Professional fitting is recommended because of the airbag: disconnect the battery negative, wait, then swap the wheel and torque the centre nut to the factory figure.

The core comes from a Audi A4 B9 A5 S4 wheel, so the splines, airbag connectors and button looms are factory – no adapters.
If your original wheel has a heated rim, that function is not carried over – choose Alcantara grips if you want a warmer feel in winter.
Because each wheel is built to order, you choose the trim: carbon with leather, carbon with Alcantara or full carbon, plus the stitching colour, the 12 o’clock stripe and whether you want the top section left in leather.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.
OEM and private-label work is welcome: your part number, your logo, your packaging, with an NDA if you need one.
Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Does this steering wheel fit the Audi A4 B9 A5 S4 (2016 2020) (2016-2020)?
Yes. The tooling came off an original Audi A4 B9 A5 S4 part, so the bolts and clips line up the same way. The one thing worth checking is the body style: sedan, coupe and estate versions of the same model can use different fixings.
What is it made from?
Carbon fiber, laid up by hand, vacuum bagged and autoclave cured in our own workshop, then finished with a UV-stable clear coat. It is not a hydro-dipped or printed film.
Do I need to drill or cut anything?
Most owners do this at home in about 45-75 minutes (professional advised) with re-uses oem core, airbag and buttons and ordinary hand tools – the original fixings are re-used, so nothing needs welding or painting afterwards.
How long until it ships?
Each part is made after you order it, so allow 10-15 business days in production before dispatch. Express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available, and tracking is sent as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Can you make it in a different finish or colour?
Yes. Gloss, matte, satin and forged carbon are all available, along with tinted clear coats and 3K, 6K or plain weave. Logo and emblem application under the clear coat is possible on most parts.
Do you offer wholesale or OEM pricing for bulk orders?
Yes – one piece is fine for a sample, and the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces. OEM and private-label work is welcome with your part number, logo and packaging.
