Front chin spoiler for the BMW 5 Series G30 G31 G38 520i 530i 540i M Sport (2017-2018) in carbon fiber. 45-90 minutes bolt-on fit, made to order in our own workshop, shipped worldwide with a 12-month warranty.
Fitted to the BMW 5 Series G30 G31 G38 520i 530i 540i M Sport (2017-2018), this front chin spoiler extends the lower bumper line and cuts lift over the nose at speed.
It weighs a fraction of the steel or plastic original, without the flex you get from a thin fiberglass copy.
Fitting is a two-person job: offer it up with tape in place, check the gaps left and right, then drive the self-tapping screws home through the pre-marked positions.

The mounting tabs follow the factory bumper contour of the BMW 5 Series G30 G31, so it lines up with the original fixing points.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.
OEM and private-label work is welcome: your part number, your logo, your packaging, with an NDA if you need one.
Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
In the box: lip, pre-applied 3M VHB tape, stainless self-tapping screws and a fitment card.

Will this front chin spoiler fit my BMW 5 Series G30 G31 G38 520i 530i 540i M Sport (2017-2018)?
It is built to the original BMW 5 Series G30 G31 mounting pattern, so the factory fixings are re-used and nothing has to be cut or drilled. If your car is a facelift or a different trim level of the same model, send us a photo of the front chin spoiler area and we will confirm before you order.
Is it carbon fiber?
Carbon fiber, laid up by hand, vacuum bagged and autoclave cured in our own workshop, then finished with a UV-stable clear coat. It is not a hydro-dipped or printed film.
Can I fit it myself?
Most owners do this at home in about 45-90 minutes with self-tapping screws + 3m vhb tape and ordinary hand tools – the original fixings are re-used, so nothing needs welding or painting afterwards.
How long until it ships?
Each part is made after you order it, so allow 10-15 business days in production before dispatch. Express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available, and tracking is sent as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Can you make it in a different finish or colour?
Yes. Gloss, matte, satin and forged carbon are all available, along with tinted clear coats and 3K, 6K or plain weave. Logo and emblem application under the clear coat is possible on most parts.
Do you offer wholesale or OEM pricing for bulk orders?
Yes – one piece is fine for a sample, and the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces. OEM and private-label work is welcome with your part number, logo and packaging.
