Yeedercar Glossy Carbon Fiber Side Panel for Kawasaki Z900 (2017-)

Fitted to the Kawasaki Z900 (2017-) to tidy the seat and tank area with a proper carbon panel.

Moulded from an original Kawasaki Z900 panel, so the gap against the seat unit stays even.

Every panel is inspected for pinholes, resin pooling and weave distortion before the clear coat goes on.

Keep the original rubber grommets: they are what stops the panel rattling on the Kawasaki Z900.

Seat and tank shapes change between model years – confirm the year range matches your bike.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

The shop floor is in Shishan, Nanhai – the composite cluster west of Guangzhou – and the same bench that runs this part also runs our OEM work for tuners and distributors.

Each part is weighed and measured against the master sample, then wrapped in foam and boxed in a double-wall carton with the hardware bagged separately.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

Production is 10-15 business days because the part is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf; after that it ships with tracking and a 12-month defect warranty.
