Custom Carbon Fiber Rear Fender for KTM 390 K22

Fitted to the KTM 390 K22 to keep road spray off the fork legs and radiator while losing the factory plastic.

Shaped to the original mudguard of the KTM 390 K22 so the tyre clearance stays the same.

Remove the wheel for easier access on some models; either way it is a stand-and-sockets job.

Every panel is inspected for pinholes, resin pooling and weave distortion before the clear coat goes on.

Check tyre clearance if you run a wider front tyre than standard on the KTM 390 K22.

Weave, weave direction and clear-coat finish are all selected at order time, and the panel can be laid up in forged carbon or twill to match the rest of the bike.

This is made in our own plant in Foshan, Guangdong rather than bought in and re-sold, which is why we can take a custom order and still quote a factory price.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.

Wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral shampoo, and avoid abrasive polishes or machine compounds that cut through the clear coat.

Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.
