Custom ABS Front Grille for BMW F20 1 Series (2015-2016)

Swapping the standard slats for this grille gives the BMW F20 1 Series (2015-2016) a much stronger front end for very little money.

Warm the plastic clips before releasing them in cold weather; they are far less likely to snap.

ABS is the practical choice for a daily-driven car: it shrugs off kerb strikes and gravel that would chip a hard composite.

Cars with active grille shutters or front cameras need the original sensor mounting transferred across.

This part ships ready for prep and paint, or usable as moulded. The same shape can also be produced in carbon fiber, forged carbon or fiberglass if you are building a set for a show car.

The packaging is built for a journey, not a shelf: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton, so the part arrives as it left the bench.

Wipe with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner; avoid solvent-based dressings, which can dull the moulded finish.

Because every piece is laid up to order, expect around two weeks in production before dispatch. Tracking is provided, and the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as de-lamination or a lifting clear coat.
