BMW 1 Series F20 116i 118i 120i 125i 135i (2012-2014) front grille in ABS. Factory-direct from our Foshan plant, custom finishes available, usually 10-15 business days in production before dispatch.
It changes the face of the BMW 1 Series F20 116i 118i 120i 125i 135i (2012-2014) without touching the bumper structure – the grille clips straight into the factory opening.
The moulded finish is even enough to leave as-is on a dark car, and being plastic it will not corrode the way a steel panel would.
On most models the grille releases with trim tools from the front – no bumper removal, around 30-45 minutes.

Shaped to the factory grille opening of the BMW 1 Series F20 116i, so it re-uses the original clips and locating tabs.
Grille shape differs between standard, M Sport and facelift bumpers on the same model – check the photos against your bumper first.
Finish options are gloss black, satin black or a raw moulding that is ready for body-colour paint. If you would rather have the same part in carbon fiber, we can lay it up in carbon fiber instead – just ask for a quote.

Clean with mild soap and water; if the part is heading for paint, sand it lightly and use a plastic primer first.
Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.
Our plant runs autoclave curing with logged temperature and pressure curves, so if a part ever fails we can trace the batch it came from.
If you are a distributor, we can ship on your documents and hold stock under your SKU rather than ours.
Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can you make it in a different finish or colour?
Yes. Gloss, matte, satin and forged carbon are all available, along with tinted clear coats and 3K, 6K or plain weave. Logo and emblem application under the clear coat is possible on most parts.
Do you offer wholesale or OEM pricing for bulk orders?
Yes – one piece is fine for a sample, and the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces. OEM and private-label work is welcome with your part number, logo and packaging.
