Rear Diffuser Lip in Carbon Fiber for Volkswagen Golf MK6 VI R20

It replaces the plain lower valance on the Volkswagen Golf MK6 VI R20 with a finned diffuser that cleans up the airflow leaving the rear bumper.

Layered from 3K 2×2 twill and cured under vacuum in our own autoclave, so the resin-to-fiber ratio stays consistent from part to part.

Undo the lower bumper fixings, offer the diffuser up, and re-use the original screws where the holes align – about an hour.

Moulded from the Volkswagen Golf MK6 VI R20 rear bumper profile so the outer edges meet the bumper corners cleanly.

Quad-exit and single-exit cars use different cut-outs – confirm from the listing photos which bumper your car has.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Quality control is a visual inspection plus a fit check on the master jig; anything with a lifted clear coat or a distorted mounting edge is rejected rather than shipped and discounted.

Because the tooling is in-house, changes that a trader would refuse – a different weave, a logo under the clear coat, a slight trim to clear a roll cage – are normal work for us.

One piece is fine for a first sample – there is no minimum order. When you need volume, the same mould runs batches of 50, 200 or 1,000+ pieces.

Allow 10-15 business days for production plus transit time; express DHL, UPS and FedEx options are available at checkout, and the part carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
