For cars kept outside, the clear coat matters more than the weave: UV and salt attack the surface long before the laminate underneath.

We pack left and right together so the trim stays matched: foam wrap, corner protection and a double-wall carton. The warranty runs 12 Months and covers manufacturing defects such as lifting clear coat and de-lamination.

Maintenance is minimal: a ceramic or wax coat once a season keeps the clear coat slick. Do not machine-polish the edges, where the clear coat is thinnest.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

The mould is taken from the OE cover, so nothing has to be filed or trimmed. If your build date sits near a facelift, send a photo and we check it against the tooling.

The cover is built from carbon fiber, with the inside face left clean so the layup is visible. The panel stays thin enough to keep the original silhouette.

This is a driveway job with the car on the ground, which leaves the paint underneath untouched. Degrease the factory cover first and press the covers on from the centre outwards. The tape reaches full strength after about 24 hours.

The default clear coat is matte. The substitution is free — it only changes the lead time slightly on custom tints.
