Fits: BMW S1000RR (2025) – Custom Color Available

The mould follows the original part on the BMW S1000RR – Custom Color.

Every panel is inspected for pinholes, resin pooling and weave distortion before the clear coat goes on.

Dry-fit the part first, then tighten the fixings evenly from the centre outwards.

Trim levels and facelifts of the BMW S1000RR – Custom Color can change the mounting points – compare the photos with your own car before ordering.

Standard output is gloss clear coat over 3K twill, but matte, satin, forged carbon and tinted clear coats (including red and blue) are all available at order time.

• Gloss, matte, satin or forged carbon finish
• 3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave or carbon-kevlar hybrid
• Coloured tinted clear coat (red, blue, yellow)
• Logo application or badge cut-outs on request

We ship to more than thirty countries, mostly direct to workshops, tuners and distributors who resell under their own label.

Each part is weighed and measured against the master sample, then wrapped in foam and boxed in a double-wall carton with the hardware bagged separately.

For bulk orders we quote from your drawing, scan or sample part; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days, then each batch runs in 20-35 days depending on quantity.

A ceramic or wax coat once a season is all this needs – the clear coat handles UV, but it is not a scratch-proof layer.

Production is 10-15 business days because the part is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf; after that it ships with tracking and a 12-month defect warranty.

In the box: part and a fitment card.
