Fitted to the KTM 790 890 to replace the dull factory outlets with a pair of finished tailpipes.

Sized to slide over the standard pipework of the KTM 790 890, with a stainless clamp that tightens onto the original outlet.

Cut the old tips free if welded, slide these on, tighten the clamps evenly and check the tips sit level – around 30-45 minutes.

Aftermarket exhausts often have a larger pipe diameter – measure yours before ordering so the clamps fit.

Weave, finish and edge treatment are all chosen when you order: glossy 3K twill is the default, while matte, forged carbon, coloured clear coat and carbon-kevlar hybrids are produced on request.

Rinse road salt and brake dust off regularly and wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner; a light wax keeps the clear coat glossy and stops dust bonding to the weave.

We are the workshop, not a reseller. Yeedercar runs its own composite shop in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan – roughly 1,000 m2 with an autoclave, a dust-free paint booth, CNC trimming and vacuum-bagging stations, plus twelve engineers and technicians who average eight years on carbon.

Every unit is checked against a photo checklist – pinholes, weave alignment, mounting-hole position and clear-coat flow – before it is packed.
