Each shell is moulded in carbon fiber, cured in our own autoclave and finished with a UV-stable clear coat. It is not a wrap, a decal or a hydro-dipped film.

You do not need a workshop for this for both sides, which leaves the paint underneath untouched. Give the surface a proper degrease and hold each cover for thirty seconds. A hair dryer helps in cold weather.

Finish is gloss over the weave as standard. The substitution is free — it only changes the lead time slightly on custom tints.

Detailers usually ask us for a set with the weave rotated to match the bonnet vents; it is a small thing that reads well in close-up photos.

We pack left and right together so the trim stays matched, because a loose pair is the fastest way to pick up edge chips. The warranty runs 12 Months and covers manufacturing defects such as lifting clear coat and de-lamination.

Care is straightforward; a wax or ceramic topper once or twice a year is enough. Avoid abrasive polishes — the clear coat handles UV and road salt, it is not a scratch-proof layer.

The tooling comes off the factory BMW E90 Lci 2009 2012 part, so the locating tabs line up first time. Fitting is fully reversible if you keep the originals.
