It is a straightforward job and it stays reversible if you keep the originals, and the original clips are the only fragile part. Degrease the factory cover first and press the covers on from the centre outwards. The tape reaches full strength after about 24 hours.

The default clear coat is matte. The substitution is free — it only changes the lead time slightly on custom tints.

For cars kept outside, the clear coat matters more than the weave: UV and salt attack the surface long before the laminate underneath.

Each pair is packed with foam wrap and corner protection, with tracking on every shipment. Transit damage is replaced as soon as we see a photo.

Keeping them clean is easy: a ceramic or wax coat once a season keeps the clear coat slick. Do not machine-polish the edges, where the clear coat is thinnest.

We supply workshops, tuners and distributors direct from our Foshan plant; new tooling usually takes 15-25 days. Body shops ordering for insurance repairs can be invoiced per job.

The tooling is made from a scan of the original part, so the locating tabs line up first time. On this part the cover separates from the mirror assembly, which is what keeps the job simple.

Each shell is moulded in carbon fiber, cured in our own autoclave and finished with a UV-stable clear coat. The panel stays thin enough to keep the original silhouette.
