Both sides ship in the same carton — the shells are light, but the clear coat is what suffers if they are packed loose. Transit damage is replaced as soon as we see a photo.

We supply workshops, tuners and distributors direct from our Foshan plant — the tooling is the only fixed cost and it is amortised across the batch. Body shops ordering for insurance repairs can be invoiced per job.

The tooling is made from a scan of the original part, which keeps the edge line identical to the original. The paint underneath stays untouched.

We run carbon fiber for the outer skin, with the inside face left clean so the layup is visible. Weave direction is matched left to right, which two covers bought separately rarely achieve.

It is a straightforward job with the car on the ground, so nothing structural is touched. Give the surface a proper degrease and press the covers on from the centre outwards. A hair dryer helps in cold weather.

Shipped as matte; other weaves (3K twill, 6K twill, plain weave, carbon-kevlar hybrid) can be substituted.

Detailers usually ask us for a set with the weave rotated to match the bonnet vents; it is a small thing that reads well in close-up photos.
