Detailers usually ask us for a set with the weave rotated to match the bonnet vents; it is a small thing that reads well in close-up photos.

Each pair is packed with foam wrap and corner protection, because a loose pair is the fastest way to pick up edge chips. Transit damage is replaced as soon as we see a photo.

The mould is taken from the OE cover, so the clips and screw bosses sit in the factory positions. Fitting is fully reversible if you keep the originals.

The shell is laid up by hand in carbon fiber, finished with a clear coat that resists yellowing in strong sun. Weave direction is matched left to right, which two covers bought separately rarely achieve.

Most owners do this at home at the mirror housing itself, and the original clips are the only fragile part. Degrease the factory cover first and press the covers on from the centre outwards. A hair dryer helps in cold weather.
